NCCDP Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia Care Seminar coming to Northwest Montana

In the past, any person wishing to obtain accreditation as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP) had to travel out of state to attend one of the required seminars, making it difficult to afford and take time off away from work and home. Thanks to the Montana Geriatric Education Center, over a dozen health care professionals have become Certified Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia Care Trainers (CADDCT). I was fortunate enough to complete the certification process and my company, Eagleview West, is in the process of disseminating this information to Northwest Montana. For the first time ever, the NCCDP Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia Care seminar will be brought to Northwest Montana on January 21st, 2017. The Seminar will be held at The Springs at Whitefish from 8am-5pm.  Anyone interested in attending will find this event to be the most comprehensive Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia Care education available. Appropriate for caregivers, family members, front line staff, first responders, and health care professionals across all disciplines. To register, go to NCCDP.org and click on seminars to go the calendar. Or contact by email to Jennifer@EagleviewWest.com or by calling 406-752-LTC1(5821).
